1 : Any Cancellations , Returns or Exchange are governed by the ” Return Policy “
2 : We do not entertain any claims of returns or exchange.
3 : An order once placed cannot be cancelled , however , since customer is our first priority , we will try our best to do what the customer wants , but this will be at our sole discretion .
4 : Refund for any product will only be provided if the goods are damaged or defective . Such claims have to be entertained within 24 hours of delivery.
5 : Refunds if any , will be credited to the customer within 3 days of shipment of the product.
*Eligibility for Return/Exchange
To qualify for a return/exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The product should be in its original condition.
- The MRP tag should not be torn or removed.
- All other tags and packaging which were there on the product.
- The invoice / bill which is given to the customer must be present.
